We have an opening for a Marketing Manager who will report jointly to the Senior Vice President for Sales and Rental and to the Vice President, Parts for Product Support. The successful candidate will develop and implement integrated marketing, product, and digital strategies focused on delivering measurable results. Additional responsibilities include :
- Manage all aspects of outbound marketing efforts for the brands of our member companies to grow the customer base.
- Partner with Business Unit leaders in developing strategic initiatives and plans for the introduction of significant new products.
- Lead a marketing strategy that includes digital strategy and execution to support business growth and enhance our brands.
- Ensure messaging strategy and external communications are consistent with the Harnish Group, Inc. and member company brands.
- Manage and continuously improve our website platforms.
- Develop product marketing materials to support all business unit sales teams.
- Oversee the company's presence at relevant industry events.
- Coach, mentor and motivate team members.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Caterpillar and other major suppliers.
