Bartender and Server Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This position is dual role must have bartending and server experience.The ideal candidate will have experience in exceptional bartending skills , multitasking with front of house servicing dine in customers, to go and pick up orders with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, servicing dine in and to go orders , taking phone orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS or similar systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender and server experience required
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
