Harp's Food Stores is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Produce Clerk to join our team. As a Produce Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the produce department operations, replenishment and inventory processes, merchandising and sales floor standards, and maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will:
- Support the produce department operations by receiving, stocking, and rotating produce products
- Assist with replenishment and inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent overstocking or understocking
- Contribute to merchandising and sales floor standards by maintaining visually appealing displays and attractive product arrangements
- Maintain food safety standards by following proper sanitation and handling procedures
- Prepare and produce high-quality products, including cutting, wrapping, and labeling fruits and vegetables
