Key Responsibilities:

- Track order confirmations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Handle emergency or rush orders with a sense of urgency and precision.
- Negotiate pricing contracts and inventory agreements to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Cross-reference parts between vendors and link complementary products.
- Manage purchasing data and provide detailed reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement goals and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support raw material procurement and coordination with job shop teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
