Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
- Monitor and improve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Train, mentor, and lead department managers and staff to uphold brand standards.
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the front office and housekeeping departments.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Keen eye for detail and hotel presentation in public areas.
- Excel at guest service.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and operational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
