Job Overview:
Harper Belmont Media is seeking a highly motivated and creative videographer to film & edit a wide range of content including vlogs/skits/education as well as create social media content for Roughneck to Real Estate (https://www.youtube.com/@Roughneck2RealEstate)
The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The schedule fluctuates from week to week, so the candidate must have the ability to adapt to abrupt changes. Additionally, some travel will be required as R2R does businesses all over Texas, and we want to shoot that on video.
The primary duty of this position is to produce a high frequency of content, including conceptualizing, shooting, and editing (but will have an editing team supporting most of the edits). Additional duties are to be mindful of content worthy situations and make sure it is captured on video and/or shared via stories.

The candidate should be proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Responsibilities:
- Identify creative shots to effectively tell the story and objective of the video.
- Take pictures on site for social media use.
- Upload all footage and pictures in the accurate dropbox folders and assist in maintaining organization in clients' dropbox folders.
- All video project files need to be updated on Monday.com for project management
- Edit videos for YouTube in the most creative and watchable way possible and maintain efficiency in the editing process to keep consistent output of production.
- Coordinate with the social media team for posting timelines.
- In Emergency situations, be a backup camera operator for Harper Belmont Media in Dallas.
Requirements:

- Must be willing to contribute to all social media efforts
- Ability to upload all raw footage to dropbox and check email, Slack, and Monday.com frequently.
- Previous experience in videography and editing is preferred.
Starting Salary: $36,000
