Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding to accounts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and execute payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper job cost coding.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ownership and the construction management team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Experience in construction administration, HR, account payable/receivable or a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, construction accounting practices, terminology, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
