**Job Overview:** We are urgently seeking a dedicated LawnCare Manager and laborers to oversee the maintenance and care of outdoor grounds and landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, groundskeeping, and ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained. **Duties:** - Supervise and coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping activities - Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks - Oversee irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants - Manage tree care, including pruning and removal when necessary - Build and maintain garden areas - Ensure lawns are properly cared for and manicured **Skills:** - Experience in lawn care, landscaping, and groundskeeping - Proficiency in irrigating systems and maintenance - Ability to supervise a team effectively - Knowledge of garden design and maintenance - Skill in building and maintaining outdoor structures - Understanding of tree care practices

Qualifications
- Experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping
- Supervising experience in a related field
- Knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping, mowing, weed eating,
- Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee maintenance tasks
- Background in horticulture or gardening is a plus
-must have valid drivers license
-experience pulling/backing trailers, small equipment operations, and/or small engine maintenance is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
