Important Details:

• Starting pay: $13/hr
• Location: HARPER ELLIS Salon – Fort Smith, AR
• Availability: First six months must be available six days a week for maximum success
• Must living within 30 miles of Fort Smith, AR

Daily Role:

• Shampooing, styling, and installing extensions while supporting your mentor stylist to maximize revenue
• Ensuring clients have an elite experience from start to finish
• Tracking assistant metrics daily to show measurable growth
• Mastering social media content to help build your brand and ours
• Learning the business side of the industry—not just how to do hair
• Learning strategic booking strategies to maximize client booking
