As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of the firm's land development operations in Florida. Responsibilities
- Drive Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the land development sector, nurturing relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and project managers to support the firm's continued growth and success in land development.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient management of day-to-day branch operations, including project execution, client satisfaction, and meeting business goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and future opportunities.

Requirements
- PE License (Professional Engineer) is required.
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a specific focus on land development projects (residential, industrial, or mixed-use).
- Proven experience in leadership, business development, and team management.
