Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Execution : Manage project execution, including finances, operations, closeout, and turnover.
- Field Coordination : Coordinate and manage field activities, including procurement, submittal installation, and third-party commissioning.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Leadership : Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, with ACMs stepping up to CM roles within 1-2 years.
