What’s the Role?
As a Senior Superintendent, you’ll oversee medium to large-scale construction projects ($25M - $50M) and ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing field staff to keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest safety and quality standards, you’ll be the key to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage project logistics and schedules
Lead and collaborate with diverse construction teams
Maintain safety and quality standards
Manage budgets and resolve project challenges
Drive coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Implement Lean Construction Practices and leverage construction technologies
What I'm Looking For :
10 years of relevant construction experience (Texas University system experience required)
Degree in a related field
Experience with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, or similar tools
Experience with high rise, data center, multifamily, mixed use, and hotels
