LR is a hospitality brand set to launch in the next 12 months, focused on sustainable, high-quality hotel developments. We leverage prefabricated panelized manufacturing techniques, particularly in light-gauge steel construction , to drive efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness across our projects.

The Role

My client are seeking a Head of Construction to lead the execution of our innovative prefabricated panelized construction strategy. This individual will oversee technical direction, quality control, site development, and contractor engagement to bring our landscape hotel projects to life. The ideal candidate has a strong architectural and construction background , expertise in panelized and prefab methodologies , and experience managing large-scale hospitality or residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Innovation : Support and refine the prefabricated panelized manufacturing process, driving sustainability and efficiency, particularly in light-gauge steel construction .
• Technical Leadership : Provide architectural oversight , ensuring compliance with materials, structural integrity, and local code requirements .
• Project Management : Develop site plans for an estimated two hotel projects per year , managing the site approval and permitting processes .
• Contractor & Vendor Management : Identify and onboard general contractors with established subcontractor networks to execute projects efficiently.
• Supply Chain & Quality Control : Collaborate with offshore manufacturing partners to optimize material selection, procurement, and process efficiencies.
• Timeline & Accountability : Maintain project timelines , ensuring project managers meet deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
