Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional part-time driver to assist with the delivery of our agricultural products, primarily truck beds. This role involves driving our truck and trailer 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of occasional overnight stays.
The ideal candidate will have experience in driving similar vehicles, be customer-focused, and meet all required medical and legal driving certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, transport, and deliver beds to various locations using the company truck and trailer.
Plan and execute delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate drop-offs.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure proper documentation.
Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain a valid medical card (required).
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred but not mandatory.
Experience driving trucks with trailers.
Flexibility for occasional overnight stays.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items during loading/unloading.
