Your Role:
As a Business Development Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships, solve problems, and drive business growth. No high-pressure sales here – just genuine connections.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with clients like insurance agents, property managers, realtors, and more.
• Prospect, cold call, and network to expand our reach.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
• Attend industry events and deliver engaging presentations.

What You Bring:

• A results-driven, self-starter mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 2 years of sales experience (insurance restoration preferred).
• Confidence with cold calling and in-person client interactions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
