Who Were Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full-time Academic Specialist to join our team at our Fairfield, CA, location. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce!
The Academic Specialist duties and responsibilities include:
- Correspond with upper management regarding the goals and objectives of the Academic Department
- Process and send student badges for each program
- Review and process externship booklets and CSPPT forms for accuracy and completeness
- Acting liaison between students and academic managers
- Help facilitate internal and external communications related to the programming
- Assist Facilities/Laboratory Manager with academic-related tasks, classroom setup, and packaging items
- Other duties as assigned by the applicable Academic Manager and the Chief Academic Officer
This role requires the following qualifications:
- 2 years of related administrative experience
- 2 years of experience working as a program assistant in a relevant field preferred
- 1 year of experience working in education preferred
- Strong attention to detail, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
- Organized with ability to follow-up on and manage details.
