POSITION OVERVIEW
The duties of the Server occupy a wide range of customer service activities in the HBT and may change according to staffing scenarios.

This individual must have strong organizational and people skills and should possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, passion for customer satisfaction, and commitment to excellence.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Ensuring positive and memorable experiences for guests
- Serving MBBC's alcoholic products in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards and the Vermont Department of Liquor Control
- Regularly attending in-house training
- Constantly expanding knowledge of beer and other products and services
- Answering guest questions about beer, menu items, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
- Identifying food and beverage orders when ready and delivering items to tables in a timely manner
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times
- Communicating with management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Reporting to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to work
- Maintaining professional relationships with all co-workers
- Following checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Maintaining full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
- Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling
- Preparing work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards
