The physical demands of this role require the ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull while performing kitchen duties. The ideal candidate should also be able to stack racks of dishes and silverware, and work in hot temperatures near dishwashing machines when assigned to that task. Furthermore, they should be able to tolerate chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, wear kitchen protective gloves for the entire shift, and operate a dishwashing machine.
