Overview
The Field Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by acting as a liaison between the field team and project management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project coordination and be proficient in various industry-specific software. Travel is part of the job, though typically travel is not long term (less than 6 months).

Duties

• Coordinate daily field operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including blueprints and estimates.
• Utilize software tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules .
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain organized records of project activities, including time management logs and material usage.

Skills

• Metal Building Knowledge – preferred but not required
• Hands on construction skills required
• Proficiency in construction management software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading .
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of project management principles to support successful project delivery.

This role is essential for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
