The primary role of this position is to make sure customers attending funeral services feel welcomed and comforted during the service.

Primary Responsibilities:
- The primary role of this position is to greet customers as they enter our funeral home for a funeral service or visitation. Help customers "feel we care" and "at home" when visiting the funeral home or attending a service/visitation.
- Supports Funeral Directors in preparing for and implementing a funeral service or visitation. Responsibilities may be carried out at services during the day or evening. Responsibilities may include assisting with parking, greeting families, distributing programs, setting up flowers or delivering flowers, driving funeral home vehicles, helping with receptions, etc.
- Listen attentively to guests questions and refer them to the appropriate person when necessary.
