Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including benefits administration.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in sales administration tasks.
- A valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
