About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the friendly face of our service department, helping customers with their automotive needs and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Integrity and the ability to build trust with customers are key to success in this role. Your strong communication and sales skills will help you effectively explain services and promote products that truly meet the customer’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate and transparent estimates for services and repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with our skilled service technicians to ensure quality repairs.
- Promote and sell automotive services and products to customers with honesty and integrity.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Ideal Candidate
While prior automotive service advising experience is ideal, it’s not required. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Previous automotive service experience.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on honesty and customer satisfaction.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid in-state driver’s license and automobile insurance.
