Diesel Mechanic Technician
We are a family owned and operated automotive repair facility and our Heavy Duty truck shop is expanding. Are you a motivated diesel technician who cares about the quality of your work? Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years diesel experience (up to class 8)
- Diagnosis, electrical and fabrication knowledge is required.
- Able to diagnose customer concerns with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles of all makes and models.
- General mechanical skills.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and computer programs
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Able to communicate through written and computer-generated forms.
- Able to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements.
- Possessing a valid CDL is a plus
- Willingness to work hard and with a good attitude!
- Perform all repairs utilizing appropriate tools, procedures and operations.
- ASE certification is a plus
