Shuttle Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations, picking up various parts and perform daily cleaning duties. This role requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and staff.

Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide timely transportation services for passengers to various destinations.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
• Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven driving experience, particularly in shuttle driving or similar roles such as van driver or delivery driver.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members.
• Background in customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all passengers.
• Familiarity with paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus.
• Ability to navigate efficiently using maps or GPS systems.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
