Automotive Lube & Tire Technician
Looking for a hard-working candidate wanting to grow with our family owned and operated company. Must be experienced with working on various vehicles and proficient with tire mounting and oil changes. Our goal is to teach a candidate the skills to become a full fledge automotive technician.

Responsibilities
- Document and perform work as outlined on repair order
- Mount, dismount & balance tires on various tire machines
- Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil; replace oil and air filters.
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels and recommend, replace or replenish as necessary.
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
- Communicate with staff to obtain needed parts.
- Keep shop area neat and clean.
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and safety
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Ability to Lift 75lbs.
Background check and drug screen is required
Qualifications
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools
- Skilled in performing oil changes, tire service, and vehicle alignment
- Previous experience as a service technician, preferably in a dealership setting
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle heavy lifting
- Background in automotive repair and sales is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
