Who you are:
The Enablement Consultant will be responsible for getting Integrations live for customers. This role will include gathering data mapping, credentials, and other customer requirements and implementing tests through go-live plans. The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who also has strong cross-functional communication skills. The candidate will also possess a strong technical background and have the ability to interpret integration specifications. The ability to juggle multiple projects with conflicting priorities is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand project objectives, timelines, and requirements
- Coordinate and manage the setup of test client projects, including systems configuration and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
- Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to communicate project status and address any issues.
- Maintain documentation for project deliverables, setup procedures, and best practices.
- Support the development and execution of enablement strategies and materials for clients and internal users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of the enablement framework.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in project coordination, client enablement, or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise software platforms is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements to end users
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 (USD).
