In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. This is a high-impact position requiring a proactive approach to building relationships with prospects and clients, demonstrating value, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through research, outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
- Utilize tools such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and cold outreach to generate leads.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand the prospect's pain points and business goals.
- Present tailored product or service solutions to address prospect’s needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share feedback.
- Coordinate with product or service delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM.
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in an inside sales or account executive role (1-3 years preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry or the product/service being sold is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with consultative sales techniques and methodologies.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 (USD).
