Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in pump and motor repair or a related field
- Willingness to commute regularly to New York City
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the NYC area
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the local market
- Undergo technical training related to our core business operations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends, local regulations, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events in the NYC area
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the NYC metropolitan area
