Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end service projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource assignments, and schedules
- Coordinate internal teams (e.g., service technicians, support, sales) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and performance
- Communicate project updates, risks, milestones to clients and leadership
- Ensure all service deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Track and report on project KPIs (e.g., project completion rate, customer satisfaction, time-to-resolution)
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks or bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate documentation and post-project review
- Maintain and grow Preventative Maintenance Program
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in service-based environments
- Strong understanding of service operations, client relations and project delivery cycle
- Proficient in project management tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
