We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator who takes pride in their work and sets the standard for others. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven—ideal for someone with strong craftsmanship and the mindset of a Shop Lead.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate pipe, fittings, and related components to precise specifications.
Support and train team members on shop standards and fabrication techniques.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies—on and offsite.
Lead by example in quality, productivity, and professionalism.
Serve as a first point of contact for team concerns requiring QC or supervisor attention.
Uphold a clean, organized workspace and promote a positive team environment.
