What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Harrington Process Solutions?
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational and administrative activities of the warehouse.
Oversee staff in pulling material from stock areas, package and ship orders or stage and hold will-call orders to meet customer requirements.
Manage inventory control procedures by overseeing the processing of customer returns, purchasing, and shipping/receiving activities.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
Driving/delivery experience (with valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier)
Forklift driving experience
Customer service experience
Must frequently lift and move 20 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Industrial distribution experience in the pipe, valve and fittings industry, a PLUS
