Job Summary:
Provides all necessary general clerical support for the Marketing department. Requires congenial, respectful and polite interactions, advanced word-processing, excel, power point and publisher, knowledgeable in filing systems, strong written and oral communications and ability to work under stressful conditions. Research and recommend products for Marketing, Slots and Table Games departments including description, availability and pricing. Promotes friendly rapport with all Team Members and departments. Produces letters and is skilled in written and oral communication. Coordinates Advertising and Sales including invitations, mailers and signage. Performs other duties as directed.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years appropriate experience, bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent customer service and human relations skills
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience with multiple social media platforms and knowledge of how to apply them in a professional setting.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills to effectively handle all issues.
- Maintains a professional, executive level appearance.
- Ability to perform a variety of diversified and challenging duties with poise and confidence.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
