Barback
Responsible for properly stocking all necessary supplies to include all liquor and dry goods related to all Bars. Responsible for the replacement of all soda bibs when empty, and the restocking and rotation of the beer coolers. Responsible for all ice replenishment in all beverage outlets including Cocktail Server stations. Responsible for maintaining par levels in liquor cages and inventory count to notify Beverage Manager when ordering is needed. Responsible for distribution of the beer kegs to designated bars and removing the empties to the designated storage place. Responsible for the service bars and portable bars set up for any private meetings and special events on the grounds. Completing all side work as assigned. Responsible for utilizing all safety equipment mandated by the position. Knowledge of all casino events and promotions. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must maintain pleasant, congenial personality and a positive disposition.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
- Ensuring bars are well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.
- Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, or changing out kegs, if needed.
- Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Learning about menu items and memorizing cocktail recipes.
- Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments especially during peak hours.
- Speaking to customers, answering questions, handling complaints.
- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process and ensuring that delivered items are stored properly.

- Assists in mixing drinks and relieving Bartenders for breaks and lunch.
- Delivers orders when necessary.
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
- PHYSICAL – Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach and stretch. Ability to perform heavy lifting - 75 lbs plus. Routinely with or without assistance. Ability to visually view work area.
- MENTAL – Ability to communicate with co-workers and public. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to work independently as well as with others as a team player.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent and/or related experience.
- Knowledge of basic Bartending services.(will train)
- A.B.C.C. license within 30 days of position.
- Must be able to obtain a Delaware State Lottery License
- Physically strong.
- Capable of working with others as a team player.
- Minimum 21 years old.
No recent felony convictions.
