Job Duties
Responsible for balancing, replenishing and general maintenance of the self-service Global and E-Cash ATM’s and CTK machines. Responsible for the inventory and replenishing of currency. Assist Cage Cashiers with currency verification when needed. Fills out necessary paperwork at end of designated shift. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Implements all established department and company policies and, procedures associated with currency and Tito ticket machines adhering to all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.
· Must maintain a pleasant, congenial, personality and positive attitude.
· Good Attendance/ Well groomed, dressed in provided uniform.
· Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Responsible for end of weekly and monthly audits of machines.
· Provides exceptional customer service to all Patrons by communication in a pleasant, friendly, professional manner at all times.
· Assist Cage Cashiers with currency verification when needed.
· Prepares all required paperwork.
PHYSICAL – Ability to stand for the entire shift.
Moderate lifting - 30 to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, lift and reach.
MENTAL – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide without a calculator.
Ability to communicate in English.
Requirements
· Prior experience in a money handling position.
· Prior experience with machine maintenance helpful.
· Computer literate.
· Knowledgeable in the use of a ten-key
· Congenial.
· Team player
· Minimum 18 years old.
No felony convictions
