Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Harrington Raceway & Casino. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your contributions will play a key role in upholding our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Sanitize surfaces to maintain health and safety standards.
• Launder linens and towels as needed to ensure availability for guests.
• Manage floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
