Derivatives Trader - Proprietary Trading Firm (NYC/Chicago)
Our client, a well-established proprietary trading firm, is looking for Derivatives Traders to join their teams in New York or Chicago.
About the role:
- Manage individual and shared strategies on the trading desk.
- Collaborate with colleagues to come up with new ideas and establish best practice.
- Continuously optimize trades and pricing.
What's on Offer:
- $180,000-200,000 and performance based bonuses (based on PnL splits).
- Working alongside highly established traders and C-suite in a highly collaborative environment.
- Central New York or Chicago offices.

About you:
- 2 years of trading desk experience.
- Strong risk management skills.
- Passion for trading with an entrepreneurial mindset.
