Full Stack Developer, React/TypeScript
A leading national tech company seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to join its expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate with a world-class team revolutionizing the industry for B2B and B2C markets. Leveraging hands-on TypeScript/React development skills in an AWS environment, you will create and deliver scalable, robust web applications meeting institutional and commercial consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal and external teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Develop using TypeScript, React, and back-end technologies such as AWS Amplify or Flask.
- Collaborate with UX Designers to translate wireframes into code.
- Evaluate and ensure application performance standards are met.
- Participate in code reviews with a collaborative engineering team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Set up and deliver a CI/CD pipeline in AWS.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development with React or React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience partnering with UX/UI designers and translating wireframes into code.
- Understanding of backend architecture and services such as Django or Flask.
- Experience working in an AWS environment, including hands-on projects using EC2, Amplify, and Lambda.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices (experience developing and setting up a continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline).
- Bachelors or Masters in computer science, mathematics, or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- HTML/JS/CSS
- Java
- Python
- MySQL or similar relational database (Postgres, SQL Server)
- 3 years of extensive experience with REST/AJAX/Fetch, HTML5/CSS3, and Git.
