Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. This role requires a proven track record in sales, including new business and existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and budgets.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Harris Battery Company.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (experience in stored energy or similar battery related industries would be a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
