We are seeking a Business Development Director based on the East Coast of the U.S. to lead and expand strategic partnerships within the biotech sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and has a track record of selling full-service clinical solutions to emerging biotech clients.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging small to mid-sized biotech companies across the U.S.
• Promote the organization’s clinical trial capabilities (Phase I–IV) and develop tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operational, scientific, and executive teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead contract negotiations and proposals, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of experience selling clinical CRO services, with a strong focus on early to late-phase clinical trials.
• Proven success working with small to mid-sized biotechs in a BD or sales capacity.
• Located on the East Coast of the U.S., with the ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
• A strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
