As part of our team, youll manage all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities : Oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final client handover. Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute high-end custom designs. Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines while ensuring strict quality control. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Oversee and manage all documents Coordinate and supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and permits. Qualifications : 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-end residential projects. Strong knowledge of luxury custom homebuilding processes, materials, and finishes. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
