This role collaborates with internal departments and external partners, manages marketing campaigns, and optimizes promotional efforts.
Additionally, the Assistant Director of Marketing oversees and develops team members, including graphic designers, copy writers, account executives, website content editors, and other assigned positions within the marketing division. The individual in this position must possess excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand consistency and clarity.

- Bachelors degree, certificate, diploma gained through an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or related field. AND
Minimum seven (7) years of progressive senior management-level, verifiable professional experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations with a minimum of five (5) years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
- Excellent communication skills including writing, presentation, grammar, and content development.
- Ability to plan and coordinate effectively, with strong management and organizational skills and the capacity to meet multiple and evolving deadlines.
- A keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with agency guidelines across all marketing outputs.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience in overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, personal, and data-driven decision making skills.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
- Ability to communicate important organizational and project updates to peers and managers clearly and proactively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and public scrutiny.
- Ability to manage and lead a team within an office environment while demonstrating excellent project management and supportive leadership skills.
- Ability to make independent judgments that could have significant impact on employees and/or the agency.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive marketing initiatives effectively.
