Position Overview:
Under general supervision, the Enterprise System Administrator installs, configures, and maintains enterprise applications such as Email, IronPort Mail Gateway, Active Directory, and other collaborative technologies by established IT policies and procedures. The position requires a thorough understanding of Active Directory, including forest and trust concepts. Works with the latest Microsoft technologies, including Azure, O365, Exchange Online, Federation Services, Teams, and MDM platforms. Understands and can diagnose and troubleshoot DNS and hierarchical-based systems. Communicates effectively with peers and customers and works well in a team environment.
Job Duties:
Works in a team environment that oversees Infrastructure Applications and Services:
Install, configure, and maintain applications
Monitor systems, performance, and capacity needs for supported applications
Coordinate with customers to troubleshoot issues
Provide ticket support and problem resolution
Maintain server and application documentation
Works with Cybersecurity and Desktop endpoint team to ensure appropriate patch management and server security.
Other duties assigned as needed by the department.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Experience:
Five (5) years of IT work experience supporting servers and software applications and problem solving/troubleshooting.
Proven advanced experience supporting servers and enterprise applications (including O365, Exchange, and Active Directory) in a large enterprise, advanced experience supporting Microsoft productivity applications.
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities (KSAs):
Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills.
Advanced experience supporting PC operating system and hardware.
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
The ability to interact with staff at all levels, including VIPs.
The ability to work independently with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Ability to work extended hours occasionally on special projects or emergency activations.
MUST have exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot complicated issues.

Experience:
Five (5) years of experience managing Active Directory and DNS systems.
Knowledge of ITIL, change management, active directory and group policy concepts is a plus.
Knowledge, Skill & Abilities (KSAs):
Certifications including Azure experience.
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 40Hrs
Hybrid Schedule: Minimum 2 Days In-Office (Non- Negotiable)
May be required to work more than forty hours during the workweek and/or weekends or on-call 24 hours a day to meet special projects or deadlines
Subject to performing other duties as assigned
