Position Overview:
Under general supervision, the IT Procurement Analyst is responsible for administrative purchases and distribution including departmental shirts and business cards. Departmental liaison for employee parking. Towing, fuel and inspection invoices for Fleet Services. Responsible managing the purchase orders, invoices and renewals of temporary personnel contractors. Assists with processing expense reports.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Provides information as requested to internal departments.
Maintains and updates database of all assigned vendors for physical budget.
Allocates costs across the enterprise and performs regular audits to ensure contract compliance.
Tracks and coordinates associate parking with Human Resources for the division while simultaneously working closely with the parking vendor(s) for parking resolutions and accurate parking reporting.
Procurement:
Responsible for the collection and execution of purchase orders.
Tracks purchase orders and reconciles invoices in preparation for payment processing.
Review charges, identifies disparities and resolves basic issues with Vendors.
Conducts research and analysis to provide information requested by Universal Services customers by generating, evaluating, and interpreting data reports to help make informed decisions.
Contract Management:
Works with the Purchasing Department to ensure contracts are renewed timely.

Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience:
4 or more years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Functional knowledge of procurement practices and requirements.
Great organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
The ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of personal computers and software, specifically Microsoft Office, and advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Fully supports Organizational goals to optimize the business and operating models of supported agencies.
