Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists with monitoring the progress of the program's grant metrics & goals, notifying program and divisional leadership of progress towards achieving those goals regularly.
- Supports the program team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records and preparation of reports relating to programmatic operations.
- Assists in the coordination of the day to day operations of the program, including but not limited to purchasing, invoice processing, staff recruiting and processing court requests
- Assists in the planning, coordination and execution of program activities including maintaining and organizing program documentation.
- Supports program leadership in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the TB Elimination Program.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders by following up and ensuring tasks are completed timely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- At least one (1) year experience working with an Electronic Medical Record System
- At least one (1) year experience performing administrative office duties in a health care setting
Licensure:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License (TX upon hire)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in MS office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
