Job Status: Full Time, Exempt
Position Summary: The role of the Customer Care Manager is to work alongside the Senior Customer Care Manager and the Productions team to interface with homeowners and work to resolve warranty concerns.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the Senior Customer Care Manager to ensure that Homeowners concerns are resolved during the 1 year warranty period.
- Assist in end-of-year warranty repairs as needed.
- May be required to facilitate Pre-Walk Homes before Orientations to assist in homes being 100% complete prior to orientation.
- May be required to attend all Orientation and Final Walks as possible to ensure accuracy and completion of Walk/VC Lists.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience /Education: 6 months – 2 years’ experience in similar role preferred.
- One year Customer Service Experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to write concisely.
- KOVA experience preferred.
- Must have keen attention to detail and be able to perform administrative tasks with a high degree of skill and accuracy.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Exhibits organized and structured approach to work.
- Ability to multitask.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
- Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
- Consistently works in an indoor, temperature-controlled, sealed-window office environment.
- Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures and navigate uneven/precarious job site topography.
- Work primarily involves sitting / standing.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to area communities required.
