Job Title: New Home Sales Consultant
Location: Northport Area
We are seeking a high-integrity, competitive and goal-oriented sales professional to facilitate the sale of new homes with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional customer service
- Work with online sales consultants to move customers through the sales pipeline
- SOURCE NEW CUSTOMERS - help customers find their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process
- Effectively present and communicate various floor plans, features, and options
- Understand customer goals and establish Harris Doyle as the best solution
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Help create and manage community marketing plans
- Network and perform outreach to outside real estate agents and brokerages
- Maintain and manage prospect databases in HubSpot
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers to increase goodwill
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- HubSpot or relative CRM software experience preferred
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience required
