Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with Online Sales Consultants to move customers through the sales pipeline
- SOURCE NEW CUSTOMERS - help customers find their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process
- Present and communicate floor plans, features, and options effectively
- Uncover and understand customers' goals, then establish HD as the best solution
- CLOSE THE SALE - overcome objections and successfully close deals
- Help create and manage community marketing plans
- Network and perform outreach to outside real estate agents and brokerages
- Maintain and manage databases of prospects in HubSpot
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and increase goodwill towards the company
Requirements
- Must live in/around the Northport/Tuscaloosa area
- Valid real estate license required
- Prior sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- HubSpot or relative CRM software experience a plus
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Effective use of Microsoft Office programs
