Lead Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers on-site. This role requires a strong background in various construction disciplines, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Driving to and from from site to shop everyday.
• Execute caulking and concrete finishing tasks as required for project completion.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior installers, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.

Experience

• Proven experience in Fence Industry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
