Job Summary:
Harris Golf Cars is looking for strong leader with a proven record of increasing sales and building customer relationships to join our team in Sugar Grove!
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, coach and develop employees at the location
- Manage employee engagement, satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Oversee the sales, parts and service departments to achieve maximum profitability, performance and growth
- Assist with creating long/short term goals and expectations for the store
- Act as a liaison between the company and various area businesses and build those relationships to be even stronger
- Provide excellent customer service inperson, over the phone or via electronic communications to sell golf cars, parts or service
- Inspect tradein golf cars and provide a value to the customer
- Prepare quotes, production orders, delivery packs and perform final inspections of cars sold
- Maintain the facility and ensure everything looks presentable
- Maintain our fleet of trucks and trailers, following all DOT regulations
- Communicate with the Iowa and Wisconsin location regarding fleet returns, fleet rentals, sales inquiries and golf car transfers
- Photograph golf cars for website and review pricing and availability frequently
- Create social media content to be shared on the Harris Golf Cars pages
- Attend trade shows, review industry magazines/websites, to keep updated on new trends and accessories
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver’s license with a suitable driving history
- Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, problemsolving skills and computer skills
- 5 years of sales experience with proven record of increasing sales
- 5 years of management experience
