Harris Golf Cars is looking for strong leader with a proven record of increasing sales and building relationships to join our team in Sturtevant!
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach and develop employees and conduct performance evaluations
- Manage employee engagement, satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Oversee the sales, parts and service departments to achieve maximum profitability, performance and growth
- Assist with creating long/short term goals and expectations for the Wisconsin store
- Act as a liaison between the company and various location businesses and build those relationships to be even stronger
- Provide excellent customer service in-person, over the phone or via electronic communications to sell golf cars, parts or service
- Inspect trade-in golf cars and provide a value to the customer
- Manage the drivers and the delivery schedule, including the rental fleet
- Maintain the facility and ensure everything looks presentable
- Maintain our fleet of trucks and trailers, following all DOT regulations
- Communicate with the Iowa and Illinois location regarding fleet returns, fleet rentals, sales inquiries and golf car transfers
- Attend trade shows, review industry magazines/websites, to keep updated on new trends and accessories
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver's license with a suitable driving history
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving and computer skills
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
